Conferences & Events


Conferences and events are our speciality. All our well-equipped meeting and function rooms offer space, flexibility and plenty of natural light, and the latest audio-visual equipment comes as standard in all our conference and meeting rooms. There are 7 of these in total, varying in size, our largest meeting room can accommodate up to 90 people, theatre-style; another can seat 50 people theatre-style or 30 boardroom-style. Other rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings or break-out sessions from the main event. We also have a library and a chapel within Hinsley Hall which you are free to use subject to availability.

As well as our meeting rooms there is a coffee lounge, bar and dining room so it is possible to provide high quality catering to support all your events, ranging from coffee and biscuits to buffet lunches and evening meals. Overnight accommodation is also available so bed and breakfast can easily be part of a residential conference package.


Hinsley Hall provides a unique venue that can host a range of events not just for large organisations or groups but also for more intimate gatherings.

We can cater for family events and special occasions of various kinds. Hinsley Hall is a perfect venue for a Christening party and we have plenty of space in our gardens. Whatever the age, birthday parties or wedding anniversaries are welcome at Hinsley Hall. Whether you want some quiet afternoon tea and cakes or an evening event, we can provide a quality venue to suit your needs and your budget.

Our special atmosphere and peaceful setting mean we are just the place for family and friends to gather and share their memories after a loved one’s funeral.
