Conferences

Conferences and events are our speciality. All our well-equipped meeting and function rooms offer space, flexibility and plenty of natural light, and the latest audio-visual equipment comes as standard. There are 7 of these in total, varying in size and layout. The largest can accommodate up to 90 people theatre-style, 40 Cabaret-style and 30 Boardroom-style. Other rooms are suitable for smaller gatherings with similar layouts, or for break-out sessions from the main event. We also have a Library and a Chapel within Hinsley Hall which you are free to use subject to availability.

As well as our meeting rooms we offer a comfortable Coffee Lounge, with Bean-to-Cup machines, and biscuits and cake included; a well-stocked Bar, also available as a break-out area; and an impressive Dining Room seating up to 70 guests, and offering high-quality and varied lunches and dinners. Overnight accommodation is also available, so bed and breakfast can easily be part of a residential conference package.

Events

Hinsley Hall provides a unique venue that can host a range of events, not just for large organisations or groups, but also for more intimate gatherings.

We can cater for family celebrations and special occasions of all kinds. Hinsley Hall is a perfect venue for a Christening party as we have plenty of space in our gardens for the children to run around. Whatever the age, birthday parties or wedding anniversaries are welcome at Hinsley Hall, along with special afternoon teas or high-end private dining in one of our smaller meeting rooms.

Our special atmosphere and peaceful setting mean we are just the place for family and friends to gather after a loved one’s funeral, being only 3 miles from Lawnswood Cemetery.

These are just a few examples of the more personal kind of event we can organise for you at Hinsley Hall and our Management, Reception and Catering teams are on hand to help you plan just the kind of occasion you have in mind.
