Conferences
Conferences and events are our speciality. We have a range of meeting and function rooms, providing space, flexibility and plenty of natural light. All rooms come equipped with up-to-date technology and audio-visual services, as standard. Alongside our business rooms, we provide a comfortable Coffee Lounge accessible throughout the day, with Bean-to-Cup machines and other refreshments included. Our Bar area also serves as a break-out space for extra comfort and space.
Our 7 largest meeting rooms can accommodate up to 90 people and we offer a range of seating styles to suit your needs (please note, this can alter the maximum capacity). Other rooms are available for smaller gatherings, offering a similar layout. The Library and Chapel are also free to use, subject to availability.
Events
Our executive spaces and facilities allow us to host a range of events, not only for larger organisations or groups but also for more intimate gatherings. We cater for family celebrations and special occasions of all kinds, ensuring that your event is intimate and unique to you.
Hinsley Hall is the perfect venue for a Christening, birthday or wedding anniversary with our beautiful gardens, perfect for children to enjoy. We warmly welcome high-end private dining or a special afternoon tea and provide a peaceful setting to gather after a loved one’s funeral. We are 3 miles away from Lawnswood Cemetery.
